“Thunderbird Park” is an amazing wildlife and geological rich oasis, stretching over 112 hectares on Tamborine Mountain.

Translucent rock pools, inspiring landscapes, towering rainforests, star studded skies all add to the magic of Thunderbird Park.

Activities include fossicking for your own treasures in the World’s largest mine of thundereggs, Australia’s first ‘Adventure Parc’ incorporating the largest ropes and adventure games’ course in our country, riding horse trails through ancient rainforests and gum studded grounds, laser skirmish, mini golf and, for in-house guests, swimming in natural rock pools and the resort’s salt water pool plus enjoyable bush walks.

‘Rainforest’ Bistro and Bar is open daily and serves modern Australian cuisine and well priced children’s meals, including the very popular ‘Breakfast with the Birds’ BBQ and Buffet on Saturdays and Sundays from 8am.
